Our Directors
TP3 connects every element of productivity in every person’s working day, starting from the individual to the organisational level. We pride ourselves on our ongoing relationships with our clients and shareholders, and many of these relationships have continued for decades.
Our Board of Directors is comprised of passionate and intelligent business people with decades of professional business experience. Chaired by Dr. Stephen Moss, TP3’s Board of Directors listen to the needs of TP3 stakeholders and focuses on new ways to increase effectiveness and efficiency to the benefit of all our clients, staff and shareholders.

Stephen Moss BD, STM, DM, MICD, CMC, FAICD Chairman
Stephen is a professional director and consultant/advisor with a background in law, psychology and business. He has over 25 years of business experience as a senior executive facilitator, manager and director with a professional background in the interface of business, governance and people.
Stephen's career includes:
- 14 years as a Partner and Managing Partner of Price Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC)
- 2 years running IBM Consulting in Australia and New Zealand, and
- International CEO of Cardno, after he led the sale of Acil Australia to Cardno and participated in their IPO
Stephen has managed and led company sales, acquisitions and mergers with PWC, Aptech, IBM, Cap Gemini, Cardno and WDScott. He also led acquisitions in the UK, the US and Australia for client companies.
Stephen was a founding director and Chairman of Pathways Foundation, a harm prevention charity promoting contemporary rites of passage for boys and young men. He is also a current board member of Child Fund.
He has published extensively in Jungian psychology and regularly speaks at conferences on the interface of psychology and commercial enterprise.

Suzanne Dwyer BA Education Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Suzanne is an acknowledged and respected leader in the Australian corporate training, consulting, recruitment and education sectors. She has over twenty years senior management experience in a career spanning professional services, consulting, learning & development, commercialisation, franchising, international and higher education.
Through her consulting business, Suzanne has worked with and for some of Australia’s leading corporations and industry bodies establishing new business units and start-ups such as Australian Business Talent and Skillsroad for Australian Business Limited.
While working for a large university Suzanne managed the commercialisation of corporate and international programs and also established a new start-up for the university in Continuing and Professional Education. Suzanne worked for the Eduvest (education consortium) as Managing Director of T&S Institute introducing the first International Diploma in eCommerce to local & international students.
Earlier in her career, Suzanne spent over ten years in management in executive roles with Spherion (MTE, Computer Power, CPTI, Interim Technology), then the largest private provider of corporate education services in Australia, and where she finished as Knowledge and Alliance Director in 2001.
Suzanne is known for her creativity and exceptional business building skills. She has very strong commercial credentials as well as a cogent understanding of the accreditation requirements underpinning corporate, vocational and higher education, both in the public and private sectors.
Suzanne is also Australia’s first female Construction Planner, designing construction plans for high rise buildings including TP3’s Sydney George St premises.

Jean-Louis Michelet Graduate of French Business School ESSEC Non-Executive Director
Jean-Louis Michelet has more than 30 years of international business experience in finance, audit, mergers & acquisitions and consulting.
Jean-Louis started his career in international engineering then moved into international trading and retail. He joined Cap Gemini in 1988 as Vice-President, Corporate Development, and then went on to become the Managing Director of Cap Gemini Asia.
In 1999, he created an eLearning firm that was subsequently integrated into ITVEST, an international group specializing in human capital development solutions, operating in Asia, India, Australia and Europe.

Ken Pritchett LLB, MComm (Organisation Behaviour) Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary
Ken Pritchett is an experienced director, executive and coach with a background in commercial law, strategic human resources and large scale change management. He has extensive experience working around the world.
Ken’s career has included:
- 12 years as an international commercial lawyer ending as Head of AMATIL’s Law Department
- 5 years as the Head of Human Resources at AMATIL where he designed and implemented one of Australia’s first successful culture change projects, and
- 20 years consulting as principal of his own firm in strategic human resources and large scale change management including 5+ years of executive coaching
Ken has both advised and served on a number of Boards, including seven years as TP3’s Chairman. He has a keen interest in governance.
Ken has also held the role of Executive Director of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (servicing the HR Directors of Australia’s largest public companies) for over 20 years.

Mike Magee BA Education (Economics) Non-Executive Director
Mike Magee is an experienced facilitator with significant international business experience. He has worked extensively in the learning and development environment and has considerable experience in strategic consulting. He has also worked with a number of international companies assisting with their eLearning strategies.
In 1986 Mike joined Cap Gemini and ran the retail and distribution consultancy practice in the UK and subsequently as an Executive Director, specialising in strategic outsourcing and change management. Mike has worked with a number of global companies such as Ford, DHL and Citigroup. He has also spoken on strategic outsourcing and eLearning on many platforms including government conferences in Hong Kong and Singapore and industry specialist groups within the finance sector.
In 1999, he created an eLearning firm that was subsequently integrated into ITVEST, an international group specializing in human capital development solutions, operating in Asia, India, Australia and Europe.

Peter Bergin B.Comm, B.A, Grad Dip Accounting, MBA, CPA, GAICD Chief Financial Officer
Peter has more than twenty years financial management experience predominantly gained in the professional services, telecommunications, and international development assistance industries.
Peter’s career has included positions at :
- WDScott (Director and Group CFO),
- Cardno Ltd (Director and CFO, International Division
- ACIL Australia (Equity Partner and CFO)
- Roles at Telstra, Cable & Wireless (in London) and OXFAM
Peter joined TP3 in April 2011, assuming responsibility for all aspects of its financial management and was admitted to the Board in October 2011.
Peter has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Philosophy, a company director’s diploma, and post graduate qualifications in management in addition to formal accounting qualifications.
