Word 2003 vs Word 2007

When I create a document in FS Pro using Word 2007 or Word 2010, and try to open it on a computer that only has Word 2003, FS Pro is not attached. How can I resolve this?

When you open an FS Pro document that was last edited in a diffent version of Word, the toolbar is not attached. The reason this happens is because the main interface for FS Pro is different between Word 2003 on the one hand, and Word 2007 and Word 2010 on the other. This is due to design differences in the versions of Word and is not related to FS Pro.

To resolve this, click the Attach FS Pro to document button on the FS QuickStart toolbar each time you switch versions of Word.

Can I access FS Pro 4.1 via Remote Desktop?

By default FS Pro 4.1 cannot be accessed via Remote Desktop for licensing reasons. If you wish to run FS Pro via Remote Desktop please contact us.
