No, you do not: the license key remains active on your system, not only if you uninstall and then reinstall FS Pro, but also if you reinstall your Operating System.
We have users with multiple partitions on their PCs, will the licensing support these users?
Yes, we support many different "standard" partition configurations without any problem: we support any drive arrangement that Microsoft itself supports, as long as the computer has a fixed, internal drive and is not booting from something exotic like a copy of the operating system on a network file server or an external USB drive. |

Attaching FS Pro |
When I create a document in FS Pro using Word 2007 or Word 2010, and try to open it on a computer that only has Word 2003, FS Pro is not attached. How can I resolve this?
When you open an FS Pro document that was last edited in a diffent version of Word, the toolbar is not attached. The reason this happens is because the main interface for FS Pro is different between Word 2003 on the one hand, and Word 2007 and Word 2010 on the other. This is due to design differences in the versions of Word and is not related to FS Pro.
To resolve this, click the Attach FS Pro to document button on the FS QuickStart toolbar each time you switch versions of Word. |
