Background
Our client's learning team knew that a major organisational change was coming soon. They knew that the organisation would need to rapidly induct a large number of new people, but couldn’t tell us when they would start or where they would be until the last moment.
Driver
Once the project went live, the organisation had to act fast. The learning team knew they didn’t have sufficient internal resources to complete the necessary induction and product training on time. They contacted TP3 to fast-track the recruitment of 10 experienced, qualified facilitators to bring the new recruits up to speed with their products and services. Each facilitator would have to quickly learn and deliver the organisation’s induction and product training program.
What we did
TP3 was engaged to find 10 experienced, qualified facilitators in 7 days. The project involved:
Making contact with our extensive network of facilitators to find those with appropriate skills, suitable industry experience and immediate availability
Determining which facilitators met our client's essential requirements and would fit in culturally with the organisation
Recommending 15 possible facilitators for interview by our client; from which 10 were selected to immediately begin work, and
Managing the contract negotiations and paperwork with the facilitators on behalf of our client.
Business impact
Taking advantage of TP3’s network enabled the organisation’s learning team to work on the project without undertaking a recruitment drive. We saved them time and found facilitators that delivered the induction training on time and to the organisation’s exacting training standards.
