What time is the course?

8:45 – 16:45 for full day courses.

For half day courses or other lengths, see you confirmation email or contact us on 1300 658 388.

How do I register on the day?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the course start time in order to register.

Do we get breaks?

For a full day course there will be two fifteen minute breaks during the day as well as an hour for lunch. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided during the breaks.

Do we get lunch?

Lunch is not provided on most courses. You are welcome to bring your own and use our microwave or purchase lunch in one of the many café or food courts in the area.

What should I wear to the training?

The training is smart casual, but make sure you wear something that is comfortable to sit in and also to move about in.

Are pen/paper writing materials provided or should I bring them?

We provide pens and paper.

What do I bring to the training?

Bring any pre-course work that you have completed and a willingness to learn!

Is there parking nearby?

Yes there is. To view the closest parking, click on the maps in the contact us page.

Will I have internet access to review emails from work?

We provide two computers in the breakout area for you to check email and look things up online during your breaks or lunch.

Do I need to bring a computer or laptop for the training?

We provide any computers needed for training.

What if I am late for training?

Call us on 1300 658 388 if you are going to be late so we can inform the consultant.

What if I can’t make training?

Can I use my course to get a qualification?
