Before the course

Pre-course work is an integral part of the program and forms part of the course. To ensure you get the most out of the program please undertake the following task:

After 2 weeks

Now that you’re back in the demands of day-to-day work, take the time to revisit your action plan and your manual.

In particular you might want to review some of the key concepts from the course:

  • Review John Kotter’s Eight Step Change Process
  • Where are you in the process? What are your next steps?
  • Introduce “Our Iceberg is Melting” to your team

What are you going to commitment to focusing on for the next 2 weeks?

After 4 weeks

Now that it has been one month since completing our Leading Change course, we want to do one last check to see how things are going for you.

Supporting Activities

  • Evaluate your team
    • How would you rate your level of complacency out of 10?
    • What are you going to do to increase the level of urgency?
  • Practice using “ground level language” this week you may even want to run a session with your team about this from of communication
  • Read the article called 'Successful Change'
  • Commit to an action plan
