Before the course

Pre-course work is an integral part of the program and forms part of the course. To ensure you get the most out of the program please undertake the following tasks:

After 2 weeks

Now that you’re back in the demands of day-to-day work, we strongly recommend you take the time to revisit what you learned.

  • Review the course content. Choose one area to share and develop with your team in the next week
  • Review your action plan and prioritise the strategies you will implement in the next month
  • Read the file: 10 Tips for Leading in Challenging Times

After 4 weeks

The following activities will support you in your goal to lead successfully in challenging times.

  • Read the article Successful Change
  • Evaluate your team’s productivity and commit to an action plan for managing their stress levels
