From Preparation to Presentation
Before the course
Pre-course work is an integral part of the program and forms part of the course. To ensure you get the most out of the program please undertake the following tasks:
In order to develop your skills throughout the course, we will be giving you several opportunities to present to the group, and even to see yourself on video! To assist with these practical experiences, please come to the first day prepared for a short presentation, which you will deliver to the group.
Select a topic which is related to your work (e.g. a presentation to a customer or staff).
Your presentation will be about 2 minutes in length. This can be a section from the beginning of a longer presentation.

After 2 weeks
To maximize your learning and development it is recommended that you complete the activities below.
Identify a presentation that you will be doing in the near future. Use the planning information to prepare for a successful presentation.
Identify 3 topics that you regularly give presentations about. Create three introductions for these topics, starting with the hook.
