Certificate III in Frontline Management

The BSB31207 Certificate III in Frontline Management qualification provides you with the foundational skills of supervision, preparing you to step into a supervisory role. You may be an expert in your field preparing to take on a supervisory role in the future.

Obtaining the qualification

BSB31207 Certificate III in Frontline Management consists of 6 units of competency. To attain this qualification, students complete:

  • 1 core unit, and 
  • 5 elective units 

1 core unit:

  • Maintain workplace safety

5 elective units:

Because this qualification is delivered as an in-house course, your can choose the elective units that best suit your organisation's needs.  

Learning options
You can complete the BSB4031207 Certificate III in Frontline Management with TP3 in 2 ways: 
  1. Participating in a group in-house course exclusive to your organisation
  2. Having your prior learning and existing skills recognised through RPL.
