Certificate II in Information Technology
The Certificate II in Information Technology qualification provides foundation computing skills for an individual to be effective in an IT environment. This is specifically for those at a junior level, such as working at a help desk, records management, or an IT department.
Obtaining the qualification
Certificate II in Information Technology requires the completion of 14 units:
