Learning Options
The TP3 Diploma of Management can be completed in one of 3 ways:
1. Enrol in a TP3 public program - run nationally. For program dates, refer to the 'View Dates' link below.
2. Participate in an in-house program run exclusively within your organisation, and/or
3. Have your prior learning and existing skills recognised through our RPL process.
Program Structure
To achieve the full diploma qualification, candidates are required to complete 8 learning modules (units of competency).
Our blended learning program combines relevant, interactive and engaging techniques which are supported by applied projects that help put your learning into practice.

People and performance management
Innovation and continuous improvement
Managing business information and knowledge
Project management
