The Diploma of Project Management is for project leaders, and project/program administrators who want to further develop their skills. It is designed for people who have existing project management knowledge and experience.  They will refine and enhance their project management skills by exploring project leadership, the challenges of implementation, and the skills needed to successfully manage multiple projects.
 
This is a nationally recognised qualification within the Australian Qualifications Framework.

To achieve the Diploma of Project Management qualification, participants are required to complete 9 units of competency. TP3 has grouped these units into 6 related skill clusters. Learning Options
 
People can complete this qualification with TP3 in one of 3 ways:
1. Enrol in the TP3 public program
2. Participate in an in-house program run exclusively for your organisation, or
3. Have their prior learning and current skills recognised through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
