  • Identify a difficult situation you had to cope with. Write about the situation and identify what it was that helped you cope with it.
  • What are your goals for attending this course? What would you like to have achieved by the end of the course.

2 weeks after the course

Take time to revisit your action plan, written during the course, and your course workbook.

You might want to review some key concepts from the course, and complete these activities:

  • The resilience toolbox
  • Gaining perspectives
  • REACT Model
  • The resilience journal

4 weeks after the course

These activities can assist you in reaching your goal of greater resilience:

  • Complete the EI Competency Questionnaire. As an extra stretch you may want your manager to fill it in as well. Once you have completed the questionnaire, write an action plan to support yourself in developing your skills.
