Vocational Education and Training (VET) is an integral part of the Australian workforce and National Skills Week takes the opportunity to showcase the stories and experiences of individuals across Australia who have completed different VET qualifications to land their dream job, or progress in the job they currently have.
Did you know that any person who trains or assesses a VET qualification is also required to hold the most current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification?
Next month, Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) are sending the final proposed changes of the TAE40115 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment off to their committee for final endorsement of the new qualification. This means that the new TAE40115 will be out to the public soon after. One of the major requirements and changes is the addition of the unit: TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills. If you have not already acquired your LLN statement of attainment, now is the time to do it!
