The Future of Work

L&D professionals face a perfect storm as demographic shifts and new technologies radically transform how, where and why we work. Disruption is now the new normal.
Is your organisation developing the workforce capabilities needed to cope with disruption caused by mobile technologies, AI/robotics, virtual and augmented reality, new neuroscience discoveries, increasing diversity and much more? What must L&D do today to prepare for the near-future workplace?
Gain answers to these questions and crucial insights in a value-packed morning of interaction and collaboration with your peers, led by Regional MD of Cegos Asia Pacific Jeremy Blain. You’ll also receive a practical toolkit of strategies, ideas and next steps to prepare for tomorrow’s workforce learning challenges, today.
