Take time to revisit your action plan, written during the course, and your course workbook.
You might want to review some key concepts from the course, in particular John Kotter’s Eight Step Change Process. Consider:

- What are your next steps?

4 weeks after the course
These activities can assist you in enhancing your change leadership skills:
Think about your team and consider:
How would you rate your level of complacency out of 10?
What are you going to do to increase the level of urgency?
Practice using “ground level language” this week. You may even want to run a session with your team about this form of communication.
Read the article 'Successful Change'.
