2 weeks after the course
Take time to revisit your action plan, written during the course, and your course workbook.
You might want to review some key concepts from the course, and complete these activities:
Customers often don’t realise they have a need for your product/service. Practise opening up the opportunity to create the need by using questions that discover the pain for a customer. Focus on this type of questioning for 2 weeks.
Describe the concept and benefits of solution selling to at least 2 people.
Write a couple of scripts to highlight the value that your product/service provides to your customers.

4 weeks after the course

Read the article "Personal Selling Refresher"
Increase sales opportunities: identify 2 activities that would increase your ability to position yourself and open up potential sales opportunities.
Review the 4 step questioning approach to selling. Create a plan to use this approach.
