This enhanced qualification lifts standards in training and assessment and provides training that is more relevant to workplace learning and assessment.

Designing Effective Learning
In this module you will learn how to identify learning needs in the workplace through consultation, needs analysis and benchmarking. You will explore the world of VET training packages and qualifications and learn how to interpret a unit of competency and customise it for an organisational learning program.
You will structure a learning program to address a learning need, focusing on learning outcomes and delivery and assessment strategies and develop training program content to achieve learning outcomes and meet the needs of your target audience.

Delivering Dynamic Training
In this module you will investigate contemporary adult learning principles and how they can be incorporated into workplace training. You will discover the essential skills of connecting with your learners through structure, communication, rapport building, feedback and controlling your nerves.
This module also addresses the importance of continuous learning in the workplace and how to create resources to support the learners and provide the skills to determine the success of a learning program through evaluation of the training delivery and learning outcomes.

Assessing Skills at Work
In this module you will learn about the principles of competency-based assessment used in VET. You will learn how to plan and develop an assessment and how to conduct a complete assessment activity with a candidate and the process of assessment validation and moderation.

You can complete this qualification with TP3 in four ways:
- Enrol in a public course with people from different organsiations
- Complete face-to-face training as an in-house group exclusive to your organisation
- Upgrade from past versions of this qualification, such as TAA40104
- Have your prior learning and existing skills recognised through RPL
To attain this qualification, you complete assessment activities in class and at work, which must be marked as competent. Assessments typically involve a combination of activities, including answering written questions, reviewing case study scenarios, preparing written reports and completing workplace projects.
