The transition into leadership is both exciting and daunting. Often there are many unknown elements and responsibilities. In this course you'll gain a fundamental understanding of leadership and your own leadership style and capabilities. The virtual course increases your self-confidence by introducing you to the skills necessary to be an inspiring team leader. It is delivered as a series of three 90 minute online sessions one week apart. We use Webex to deliver the training in a virtual classroom. The course is immersive and engaging with a range of online and offline activities completed before and after the course and in between each session.
