This course is designed for Workplace Coaches or Managers to learn to operate as a LIVE Online Coach. It’s purpose is to provide both confidence and competence for conducting high quality coaching experiences in Web Conferencing software. It is delivered as 2 X 90 minute live online sessions by digital and future learning strategist and certified online learning facilitator, Cheryle Walker. Participants will develop Virtual Coaching skills.
- Master and confidently operate the functionality of Web Conferencing software
- Open and close a Virtual Coaching session professionally
